Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. Non-custom made items will be shipped within 3-7 business days from the time it is placed. Custom-made items will be shipped within 7-20 business days from the time it is placed. We ship Monday to Friday between the hours of 1pm-8pm +8.00 gmt, with the exception of Hong Kong Public holidays.
Hong Kong Domestic Shipping:
- SF Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): HK$30.
- Free shipping on orders over HK$3,000
Rest of the world:
- Standard Shipping : HK$180
- Expedited Shipping: HK$300
- Free shipping on orders over HK$3,000
You will be provided with a tracking number regardless of the shipping method selected.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside Hong Kong) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
Please note, Lierre jewellery is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed the order, it is important for you to notify us as soon as possible, via email at info@lierreandco.com. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
