We offer refunds or exchange within 5 days of delivery except earrings due to hygienic reasons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if the original tags or packaging are missing or damaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. All shipping fees associated with returns and exchange will be responsible by the customer except for incorrect/faulty items,
